Can I do this?
Cycle: Yes, if you can pedal a bike for 50-60 minutes you can do this. The class is completely scale-able so you do not need to push too hard too fast. Stay in your comfort zone your first time if you still feel intimidated.
Yoga: Yoga is for everyone. Everything is scale-able and we have props to help your entire practice be comfortable and supported
ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome and encouraged to come and try a class.
What should I wear?
Cycle: Padded bike shorts are ideal, if you don't have them tighter fitting, sweat friendly workout clothes are best. For your feet, either regular tennis shoes or cycling shoes with spd cleats are acceptable.
Strength: Closed toed shoes.
Yoga: Clothing you are able to move freely in and are comfortable sweating in.
What should I bring?
Cycle and Strength: Water, a towel, shoes (tennis or clip-in) and a great attitude.

Yoga: Mat, towel, water, and the willingness to try. If you forget your yoga mat, no worries we can provide you one for the duration of the class.
What is the policy for cancellations, tardiness, and no shows?
We understand that things pop up last minute and no shows or late cancellations can happen despite ones best intentions. For clients using the credit system there will be no refund for any no shows or cancellations made within 2 hours prior class. For clients on unlimited plans, a $6.00 fee will be charged to your account for any no shows or cancellations made within 2 hours prior to class.
